Chuck worked hard to ensure the best product at the best price and was outstanding at communicating pertinent information, even over the holidays. Just as a point of comparison, I gathered quotes from two competing local businesses. One of them took a full week to respond and never bothered to call me. The other had much higher prices and wanted to charge an extra fee per print for their design services. To be frank, PIP cuts the BS in all the best and most friendly ways.
