Jennifer, PIP owner in Palo Alto received my 325 cards and envelopes about noontime the Monday before The Big Game, listened to my two photos imprint request, received my emailed photos, suggested I do a personal signature rather than try to match the existing print or find a contrasting font, discussed the best color for ink, sent me two proofs within 24 hours, and completed my printing job perfectly as hoped, for pickup at noon that Thursday. Placing my order with the PIP team was a very smooth process from the time they helped me place the order via digital means (new technique to me!) to completion of the work within the time frame quoted. PIP was very quick and professional printing all of the documents for our wedding (table names, place cards, etc). We looked at the big websites and PIP came out with prices about the same, but with the benefit of being quicker, and having that personal touch.
